Submitting an inquiry through our contact form does not create a contractual obligation on either party. A service engagement begins only upon execution of a written agreement and receipt of any required payment.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we maintain a high success rate, we cannot guarantee the removal of any specific piece of content. Outcomes depend on platform policies, the nature of the content, and circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee specific timelines except where expressly stated in a signed service agreement.
Our “no cure, no fee” offer applies only to qualifying cases as defined in the individual service agreement.
